Christina O'Brien

Owner & Nurse Practitioner

Christina O’Brien is a skilled and caring family nurse practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine, hormone replacement, and weight loss services. She began her nursing journey in 2009 and earned her nurse practitioner credentials in 2016.

Driven by her love for helping people feel confident, healthy, and at their best, Christina founded DermaVogue in Murrieta. This top-notch medical spa is known for offering the latest treatments, including aesthetic services, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss programs, all tailored to each client’s unique needs. With her deep knowledge and attention to detail, Christina helps clients achieve natural, transformative results, making her a trusted name in medical aesthetics and wellness.

When she’s not working, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids. As a family, they love staying active through hiking and working out, keeping life balanced and full of energy.

Peter O’Brien is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical expertise, now specializing in men’s health and testosterone replacement therapy at Dermavogue. His career began as an ICU nurse, where he spent six years providing critical care in high-pressure environments. This experience gave him a strong foundation in managing complex medical conditions and a deep understanding of the importance of individualized, patient-centered care.

At Dermavogue, Peter dedicates himself to offering personalized care that is tailored to each patient’s unique health goals. His holistic approach emphasizes treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, ensuring that every patient receives comprehensive care designed to improve both their physical and emotional well-being. Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is on the path to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for education has led her to teach both BSN and MSN students in clinical settings, where she shares her expertise and fosters the development of future healthcare professionals.

In the aesthetic field, Tiffany combines her nursing background with her dedication to enhancing natural beauty. With 3.5 years of specialized experience, she provides personalized care in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. Utilizing advanced techniques and the latest innovations, Tiffany collaborates with each client to achieve subtle yet impactful results that highlight their unique features. Known for her attention to detail, deep understanding of facial anatomy, and commitment to continuous learning, she ensures natural-looking results and the highest standard of care for every patient.

Tiffany grew up in the area and cherishes her community. She is a devoted wife, mom, and stepmom who finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, like birdwatching and spending time outdoors in nature.

Nancy Ferrell

Nurse Practitioner

Nancy is a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the Harbor-UCLA Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner Program in 1993. With over 30 years of experience serving the local community, she specializes in menopause, perimenopause, hormone imbalances, gynecology, and obstetrics.

Committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Nancy is actively involved with the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), ensuring she remains informed about the latest advancements and issues in women’s health care.

Nancy takes pride in providing compassionate, individualized care, with a focus on listening to her patients and improving their quality of life. She is passionate about empowering women to navigate health challenges with confidence and support.

A longtime resident of the area, Nancy has been married for 36 years and is a proud mother of two. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys connecting with her community and cherishing time with family.

With over six years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Stephanie Greco has honed her skills in high-pressure environments like trauma and the ICU. For the past two years, she has brought her expertise and compassionate care to the world of aesthetics, where she thrives in helping men and women feel confident and look their best.

Based in sunny San Diego, Stephanie shares her life with her beloved dog, Missy, and a passion for making a positive impact in others’ lives. She loves the uplifting and empowering environment of aesthetics, where she blends medical precision with an artistic touch to deliver outstanding results.

With over 14 years of experience as a Medical Assistant and more than 8 years specializing in Advanced Esthetics, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for delivering transformative care tailored to your unique needs.

Her expertise lies in facials and advanced esthetic treatments, blending artistry with science to create radiant, glowing skin. Known for her graceful touch, Franchesca’s facial treatments are described as both rejuvenating and soothing, leaving clients with a sense of peace and tranquility. She is always eager to share her deep knowledge of medical-grade skincare, hormones, and women’s sexual health and wellness, fostering a safe and empowering space for even the most personal questions.

Franchesca’s dedication extends beyond her practice. She takes pride in educating and supporting her clients, encouraging them to embrace their confidence at every age. Not only is she an accomplished powerlifter and a cautiously bold snow skier, but she also expresses her love through cooking—her homemade cannolis are legendary!

Married for 34 years, Franchesca is the proud mother of three and grandmother to six. Her favorite song, Dancing in the Moonlight, mirrors her vibrant and joyful outlook on life.

Hi, I’m Bri! I’ve been passionately immersed in the beauty industry for nearly two decades. My journey began in Southern California as an Esthetician and massage therapist, where I honed my skills in creating relaxing and rejuvenating experiences. Seeking new challenges, I moved to New York City, where I completed advanced training in eyelash extensions.

For six incredible years, I had the privilege of working with the Rockettes and Broadway performers, enhancing their looks with custom lash extensions that stood out on stage while maintaining their natural elegance.

A true California girl at heart, I eventually returned to the West Coast, expanding my expertise to include permanent makeup. I now specialize in Microblading, lash enhancement, permanent eyeliner, and lip blush, helping clients achieve effortlessly beautiful and long-lasting results.

When I’m not enhancing natural beauty, I love staying active and creating memories with my husband and our energetic two-year-old son. Whether perfecting a client’s look or chasing after my little one, I bring the same passion and dedication to everything I do.

I have been a Medical Assistant for five years, proudly graduating at the top of my class. My experience spans across aesthetics, plastic surgery, orthopedics, and neurology, allowing me to develop a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of patient care in multiple specialties.  

Born and raised in California, I am passionate about helping others and contributing to their well-being with professionalism and compassion. Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband and our son. I love exploring the great outdoors, whether hiking or soaking up the California sunshine, and I find joy in baking—creating delicious treats for family and friends.

Karissa Storniolo, a proud Medical Assistant at Dermavogue! Born and raised in sunny San Diego, she moved to Temecula six years ago to pursue her dream of furthering her education in nursing.

She is a devoted mom to two amazing daughters and happily engaged to her best friend. Family is the heart and soul of her life, and treasures every moment spent creating memories with loved ones. When she’s not at work, you can find her enjoying shopping, exploring the great outdoors through camping, or sneaking away on mini vacations to recharge and reconnect.

Being part of the Dermavogue team means so much to her. She’s passionate about contributing to a positive, uplifting environment where she can help others feel confident and cared for. Karissa couldn’t be happier to be on this journey with such an incredible group of people! đź’•

A client long before she joined the team over two years ago, Sofia witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of Dermavogue’s services. Sharing that journey with others through marketing felt like a natural next step for her.  

A Southern California native, Sofia loves everything the Golden State has to offer—from its sunny beaches to its warm, active lifestyle. She’s been married for over 15 years and is the proud mom of three children, balancing family life with her dedication to spreading Dermavogue’s message of confidence and beauty.
